the first structure is a new 28,000 sf mixed use facility for a potential christian ministry. the facility to include dorms for select students, conference center and public restaurant operated by the ministry.

the second structure is a new 40,000 sf facility primarily for worship services and training with a prayer room and roof deck at the top level.
